Local Chicago wine lovers can taste an assortment of wines & small plates inspired by the flavors of characters, plots & settings from the featured book (exclusively selected by the owner of Patina Wine Bar herself), then stick around to shop our curated collection of books & small business pairings that also compliment the story, all from 1-3 PM at Patina Wine Bar (112 S Prospect Ave in Park Ridge). NOTE: Discussion questions will be present at each place setting, so guest can chat about the book if they have read the story in advance.

If Book Clubbers would like to discuss the story in greater depth in a quieter setting +/or opt not to join us for the Patina Book + Wine Tasting, we will be meeting in our New Book Joy Reading Lounge (5512 W Devon in Edgebrook) after our tasting event to talk through our thoughtful, guided discussion questions as a group too. Our in-store Book Club events are ALWAYS BYOB, so feel free to bring some boozy bevs or non-alcoholic sips to drink at our gathering too (NOTE: We have plenty of refreshments for purchase at our Booktique as well, including Mocktails / Mixers and other snacks)... ALL FOODIE EVENT ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY NEW BOOK JOY SWAG BAG TOO!

BOOK SYNOPSIS
